Al Sayer calls in 2007-08 Lexus LS460 series for servicing

  KUWAIT CITY, : Toyota Motor Corporation has announced that all model year 2007 and 2008 Lexus LS460 Series sedans in the Middle East will be called in for servicing over engine stalling concerns. Due to slight variations during the manufacturing process, some foreign material may have contaminated a small number of the valve springs. Approximately 9700 units of LS460 Series in the GCC might face the remote possibility of abnormal engine noise or idling of the engine.
According to the estimates by Lexus engineers, the likelihood of a vehicle experiencing this condition is 0.2% but Toyota Motor Corporation’s Bahrain Representative Office reiterated that customer safety and satisfaction have always been and will always remain top priority for the company and the understanding and support of our customers is highly appreciated.
Mubarak Al Sayer CEO MNSS, exclusive dealers for Lexus in Kuwait, assures customers in Kuwait when he says: “Mohamed Naser Al-Sayer & Sons Co will be running a special Lexus Customer Satisfaction Campaign starting from July 3, 2010 for specific Lexus LS460 model years 2007 - 2008, so we would like to inform Lexus LS460 owners of this Service Campaign we also assure them that their safety and satisfaction comes first”.
During the next week, MNSS will be calling respective Lexus

LS460 owners to arrange for the following:
Suitable Service appointment.
Pick up and delivery.
A replacement car arrangement till the service is completed.
