Policewomen restore order to Entertainment City
 Tue, 27 Jul 2010

KUWAIT: An all-female police force has managed to restore law and order to women's day gathering at the Entertainment City on Monday. The force reportedly routed out delinquents from toilets, and arrested a chaotic girl who claimed to be an Iraqi. Meanwhile, the force is reported to have prevented exotic dancing involving certain girls as well as ensured law and order at parking lots where certain girls were arrested as they were planning to meet a number of boys. The force's success was widely applauded by families as well as senior police officers.
According to security sources, First Lieutenant Dua' Al-Saleh saw some girls dancing in an exotic manner, and she accordingly ordered them out of the Entertainment City premises due to their immoral and bad behavior.
Al Watan has learnt that the female police force was dispatched upon the instructions of the Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Major General Tareq Hamada and supervised by the area's Commander Colonel Abdurrahman Al-Sharrah.
A senior security officer told Al Watan that the achievement made by the force has helped restore sanity in the facility, particularly since Monday is normally set aside for ladies and families. He added that to build on this success, the female police force will be sent to other facilities generally frequented by women in order to maintain law and order, especially since certain areas are off-limits as far as policemen are concerned.
