VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for Business Process Re-engineering Consultant for one of its clients which is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company in Qatar with the following and terms and conditions.
Scope of Work:
1. Research Compliance – COI & OHP forms & tracking process re-engineering
a. Requirement Gathering:
Consultant will meet the stakeholders to identify the requirements and understand the existing processes. Consultant will also be responsible for documenting the requirements and suggest standardized practices whenever required.
b. As-is process:
Consultant will define the on how the business process is currently running, identify its limitations and producing enhanced processes.
c. Design new process:
Consultant will design new processes and will meet the stakeholders for approval.
d. Design Solution:
Once the design is finalized, the Consultant will then design solution and implement it and will demonstrate the system to stakeholders for their approval and final testing
2. RA – Research Interns, Volunteers, contractors’ forms and tracking process re-engineering
a. Requirement Gathering:
Consultant will meet the stakeholders to identify the requirements and understand the existing processes. Consultant will also be responsible for documenting the Requirements and suggest standardized practices whenever required.
b. As-is process:
Consultant will define the on how the business process is currently running, identify its limitations and producing enhanced processes.
c. Design new process:
Consultant will design new processes and will meet with the stakeholders for approval.
d. Design Solution:
Once the design is finalized, the Consultant will then design solution and implement it and will demonstrate the system to stakeholders for their approval and final testing
